We had an emergency of sorts when our A/C stopped working back on October 4, 2025. It was a Saturday and it was one of those extremely warm weekends with expected highs in the 90s. We were on our way home from Libertyville when I contacted Mick by phone to see if he could come check it out. We were about 20 minutes away from our home but Mick responded so quickly, his truck was actually in our driveway when we arrived home! We were so impressed with that timely response. It turned out that the safety switch had been triggered to turn the unit off due to a clogged drainline. Mick was able to unclog the drainline very quickly and just charged us the normal service call amount.
